Presence of the Master is the final tier utility mastery with 1 rank.

Effect

• Reduces the recharge time of your summoner spells by 15%. Applies before other cooldown reductions.
• Recharge reduction and cooldown reduction are often confused because of their similarity, cooldown reduction is only for champion abilities, while recharge is only for summoner spells.

Requirements

• Requires 20 points in Utility.
