Health regeneration (also known as Hp5 or health per 5 seconds) is a statistic that determines the amount of health that a champion regenerates over a five second period. Each champion starts with a different rate of base health regeneration. Health regeneration stacks additively.

The actual healing effect from regeneration is applied every half-second, not every 5 seconds.

Unique passive: 5% cooldown reduction and 20% chance on being hit to slow the attacker's movement and attack speeds by 35% for 3 seconds. Unique active: Slows movement speeds and attack speeds of surrounding units by 35% for 2 seconds + 0.5 seconds for each 100 armor and magic resistance. 60 second cooldown. 3075 gold

  • Dr. Mundo 蒙多医生Sadism.png Sadism causes him to regenerate 40% / 50% / 60% of his max health over 12 seconds.
  • Fiora 菲奥娜Duelist.png Duelist grants Fiora 5.833 + (0.833 × level) health regeneration for 6 seconds each time she deals physical damage. Striking champions will cause this effect to stack up to 4 times.
  • Garen 盖伦Perseverance.png Perseverance allows him to regenerate 0.5% of his maximum health per second after not taking damage for 9 seconds, minions won't reset the timer.
  • Heimerdinger 黑默丁格TechmaturgicalRepairBots.png Techmaturgical Repair Bots increases the health regeneration of nearby turrets and units by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25.
  • Master Yi Meditate.png Meditate increases his health regeneration by 128.33 / 256.67 / 385 / 513.33 / 641.67 (+3.67 per ability power) for the duration.
  • Shen VorpalBlade.png Vorpal Blade marks its target for a duration; champions who damage the marked target gain 10 / 16.67 / 23.33 / 30 / 36.67 (+2.5% of Shen's maximum health) health regeneration per 5 seconds during 3 seconds. Shen Shen heals instantly for 1/3 of the total health regenerated instead if he kills a target with VorpalBlade.png Vorpal Blade.
  • Singed 辛吉德Insanity Potion Insanity Potion increases his health regeneration by 35 / 50 / 65 for 25 seconds.
  • Viktor 维克托Augment : Power Augment : Power grants him 6 health regeneration.
  • Vladimir 弗拉基米尔TidesofBlood.png Tides of Blood increases his healing and regeneration by 4% / 5% / 6% / 7% / 8%. This buff lasts for 10 seconds and stacks up to 4 times.
  • Volibear 沃利贝尔Chosen of the Storm Chosen of the Storm can regenerate 30% of his maximum health over 6 seconds once every two minutes when his health drops below 30%.

  • Health regeneration stacks additively and has no cap.
  • Healing reduction effects reduce the effectiveness of regeneration. Such effects do not stack, though they will refresh the duration. All such effects (except Crystal Scar's Aura) halve the effectiveness of healing, health regeneration, life steal, and spell vamp. See Healing for more information.
